Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large cake yeast or 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. lukewarm water
Method
- Put yeast and sugar
- in
- bowl.
- Pour water over all and let stand.
- Cut oleo into
- flour and salt.
- Put egg yolks into yeast. (Save
- egg whites in another bowl.) Pour yeast and egg yolks
- into flour, and mix and knead.
- Let rise for 45 minutes or until double in size.
