Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • Raspberry Sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • In a large bowl, beat egg whites and salt until mixture holds soft peaks.
  • Stir together sugar and cornstarch.
  • Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar mixture until mixture holds stiff peaks.
  • Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
