Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 pound Butter, Softened
  • 1 pound Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 can (15 0z) Solo Filling (we Like Almond & Apricot)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar, For Dusting

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
  • By hand, mix butter and cream cheese into sifted dry ingredients. Knead the cookie dough together until smooth.
  • Lightly flour a surface for rolling out the dough. Roll the dough out into 2-inch or 3-inch squares.
  • Place 1 tsp. of filling into the middle of the square and fold opposite corners together toward the middle.
  • Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes.
  • Dust the cookies with powdered sugar while hot.
