Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 ounces, weight Blue Cheese (1/2 Cup)
  • 3 Tablespoons Buttermilk (I Use SACO Instant Buttermilk)
  • 3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoons Garlic Powder, Or To Taste

Method

  • Mash blue cheese in the buttermilk with a fork in a small bowl until mixture resembles cottage cheese with small curds.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings, sugar and garlic powder. Cover. Can be refrigerated up to 14 days.
