Ingredients
- 4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 c. margarine
- 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Method
- Place flour in large bowl.
- With pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add egg yolks and sour cream.
- Stir until combined.
- Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until dough is smooth and can be shaped into ball.
- If sticky, add more flour.
- Refrigerate dough until ready to use.
