Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa
- 1 medium onion, cut small
- 12 to 16 oz. tomato juice
- 1 (32 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
- 6 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 to 8 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
Method
- Brown onion and small pieces of bacon; drain.
- Add drained sauerkraut to onions and bacon.
- Add tomato juice, pinch of garlic powder, brown sugar and kielbasa.
- Simmer for least 90 minutes.
