Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. black walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Method
- In large bowl beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix and add to the egg mixture.
- Add milk and beat until smooth.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Pour mixture into greased and floured pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
