Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 14-oz. package kielbasa, sliced 1/2-inch thick diagonally
  • 1 large bell pepper, any color, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce, or to taste
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion and hot sauce; saute until vegetables have softened, about 7 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
