Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh green beans, tips removed and cut in half
  • 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes, cut in half if large
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 cups water

Method

  • In a medium hot pot cook ham and onion until it begins to brown (about 4-5 minutes).
  • Add water and stir scraping brown bits off bottom of pan.
  • Add green beans, potatoes, and seasonings.
  • Cover and cook 25-35 minutes until fork tender.
