Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°. Cream oil, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and blend together well. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add topping when cake is cool.
