Ingredients
- 12 cup water
- 13 cup whole milk, warm
- 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 4 teaspoons peanut oil
- 4 teaspoons white sugar (Can use sweetener equivelant)
- 2 teaspoons soy lecithin
Method
- Combine cocoa, sugar and peanut oil in a mug with a large base and stir until it forms a smooth paste.
- Sprinkle soy lecithin on top.
- Add boiling water and stir to dissolve the paste into the water.
- Add milk and stir to combine.
- (You can use cold milk, but the oil will de-emulsify).
