Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (boil for 8 min, drain)
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teas. kosher salt
- 4 TAB. fresh lemon juice or 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup tahini, stirred well
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup evoo, plus more for drizzling before serving
- garnish with powdered sumac, optional
Method
- Put everything in blender and really blend until very smooth. Make a day ahead if possible to meld.
