Ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup soya
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 4-5 pound salmon filet
Method
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place fileted salmon into mixture.
- Marinate 2 hours+. Longer is better
- Heat barbecue to hot
- Place salmon on rack like toaster. Place skin side down first, cook 5/10 min. Flip, cook until slightly undercooked in centre.
