Ingredients
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 3/4 c. flour
- 5 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. warm milk
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 fryer or 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Method
- Melt butter, add flour until blended.
- Add 2 cups broth, milk and cream slowly.
- Cook until it thickens.
- Add taco seasoning mix.
- Add remaining 3 cups broth and chicken.
- Serve with sliced avocado, grated Monterey Jack cheese and tortilla chips crunched on top of individual servings.
