Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour (approximately)
- chicken or beef broth with meat
Method
- Combine egg, milk and salt.
- Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 1 cup).
- Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
- Slice 1/4-inch strips; let dry about 2 hours.
- Drop into boiling soup and cook uncovered about 10 minutes.
- Makes 3 cups cooked noodles.
