Ingredients
- 4 regular cans French-style green beans
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3-4 tsp finely grated onion
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 8 oz grated Swiss cheese
- corn flakes, crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Paste the flour and butter, then add sugar, salt, and onion. Add sour cream and Swiss cheese. Gently fold in green beans and spoon into a casserole dish. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake for 25 minutes.
