Ingredients
- small head cauliflower
- 1 lb. cooked ham
- 3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. hot milk
Method
- Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
- Set aside.
- Cook in boiling water to tender, not mushy.
- Drain.
- Cut ham into small chunks.
- Set aside.
- Combine in top of double boiler tapioca, butter, salt, pepper, paprika and hot milk.
- Cook over boiling water, stirring frequently, until tapioca is clear (about 8 minutes).
