Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- salt
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick. Cover well and cook about 15 minutes. Add salt.
- Beat eggs in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
- Make a stiff dough. Drop flour by teaspoon into potatoes. Cover and cook.
- Pour into colander and drain.
- Put into dish and cover with sauce.
