Ingredients
- 4 c. grapes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Remove skins while cleaning grapes; reserve them until later. Put pulp in saucepan with no water!
- Bring to a rolling boil.
- Run through strainer to remove seeds while hot.
