Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless , Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning Blend (dry)
  • 1 package Frozen Cheese-filled Ravioli
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Melt butter in a skillet; add chicken pieces and Italian seasoning
  • Cook over medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink
  • Cook ravioli per package directions
  • In a greased 13x9 inch baking dish spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
  • Arrange ravioli in a single layer over the sauce; add half the chicken pieces.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper.
  • Repeat process until all ingredients are used.
  • Baked uncovered for 30 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top the last 5 minutes of cooking.
