- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 pound Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless , Cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning Blend (dry)
- 1 package Frozen Cheese-filled Ravioli
- 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt butter in a skillet; add chicken pieces and Italian seasoning
- Cook over medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink
- Cook ravioli per package directions
- In a greased 13x9 inch baking dish spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
- Arrange ravioli in a single layer over the sauce; add half the chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper.
- Repeat process until all ingredients are used.
- Baked uncovered for 30 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top the last 5 minutes of cooking.
