Ingredients
- 1 lb. Frozen Haddock, Cod or Perch
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Sugar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Seafood Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Method
- Bring water, vinegar and dry ingredients to a boil.
- Add frozen fish and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 1/2 hour.
- To serve, dip in melted butter or oleo as real lobster.
