Ingredients
- 1/2 c. softened margarine or butter
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 3/4 c. M&M's
- 3/4 c. Reese's pieces
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- In medium bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy about 1 minute.
- Beat in egg at low and stir in flour and baking soda until well blended.
- Evenly spread dough onto prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown; sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during last 5 minutes of baking.
- Cool 10 minutes on pan on wire rack.
- To serve, cut cookie into 16 wedges.
