Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Soften margarine and
- cream
- cheese.
- Mix
- with
- flour. Work into a ball and roll out onto wax paper.
- Spread sausage over dough
- to the edges.
- Roll up into a log.
- (Will be long; should divide
- into
- logs.)
- Wrap in wax paper or foil and refrigerate overnight. Slice and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
