Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Bag Of Pre-cut Cole Slaw Vegetables
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeds Removed And Diced
  • 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeds Removed And Diced
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 cups Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 cups Chicken, Cooked And Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1 head Lettuce, Cleaned, With Leaves Separated
  • Peanuts For Topping

Method

  • In large bowl combine the cole slaw and bell peppers.
  • Add the green onion and cilantro into the bowl of a food processor and put it on chop mode for about 15 seconds.
  • Then add it to the bowl of vegetables along with the chicken and Asian dressing.
  • Mix everything up and scoop the mixture onto lettuce leaves for a wrap.
  • Top the lettuce wrap with peanuts.
