Ingredients
- corned beef
- 1 cabbage
- 1 tablespoon pickling spices
- 4 -6 red potatoes
Method
- In large kettle, cover corned beef with water, add spices and bring to boil.
- Lower heat and simmer 3 hours.
- Slice cabbage into wedges, wash potatoes.
- Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour, then add cabbage and cook 15 minutes.
