Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat eggs smooth.
- Add sugar, syrup, salt, corn meal and butter.
- Place chopped pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour mixture over them.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
