Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine/butter (melt in 9x13 pan)
- Dough
- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T BP
- 1 1/3 c milk
- 1 t cinamon with peach/apple/pear (not berries)
Method
- Pour dough over hot margarine (don't mix, but push it out to all the edges)
- Add 2 C water to a quart of berries
- Add 1 1/2 - 2 C sugar to berries (adjust to taste)
- Pour berries on top of dough Do not mix
- Cook at 350 for 45 min-1 hr (until crust on top is golden brown)
