Ingredients
- 2 large cans whole peeled tomatoes with juice
- 2 bunches green onions
- 10 to 15 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1 small can diced jalapenos
- 1 small can diced chiles
- minced fresh garlic to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- cumin to taste
Method
- Chop all by hand.
- If it's too hot with jalapenos, use 2 cans chopped chiles. If it's still too hot, add a little finely shaved unsweetened chocolate.
- Mix in well.
- Be careful not to use too much cilantro or cumin; they can overwhelm overall taste. Refrigerate to blend ingredients.
