Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper (dash)
  • cooked noodles

Method

  • Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Remove to bowl, saute onion in butter in skillet.
  • Remove to bowl. Add undrained mushrooms to pan drippings.
  • Simmer for 12 minutes. Add ground beef and onions; mix well.
  • Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve over hot noodles.
