Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper (dash)
- cooked noodles
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Remove to bowl, saute onion in butter in skillet.
- Remove to bowl. Add undrained mushrooms to pan drippings.
- Simmer for 12 minutes. Add ground beef and onions; mix well.
- Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve over hot noodles.
