Ingredients
- 3 thick pork chops
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
Method
- Brown pork chops.
- Drain off fat.
- In bowl, combine all other ingredients.
- Pour over pork chops.
- In electric frypan, cover and simmer.
- Just simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
- (May have to add bit of water while simmering.)
