Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (30 oz.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown meat and drain excess grease.
- Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer.
- Cook noodles according to directions on package. Cool slightly in cold water in order to be able to handle.
- Place a small amount of the sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch casserole.
- Then layer, in the following order:
- noodles, sauce, Cheddar cheese, noodles, sauce, Mozzarella, noodles, sauce, Parmesan and remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella.
- Bake about 40 minutes in 350° oven.
- Serve hot.
