Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Brown meat and drain excess grease.
  • Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer.
  • Cook noodles according to directions on package. Cool slightly in cold water in order to be able to handle.
  • Place a small amount of the sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch casserole.
  • Then layer, in the following order:
  • noodles, sauce, Cheddar cheese, noodles, sauce, Mozzarella, noodles, sauce, Parmesan and remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella.
  • Bake about 40 minutes in 350° oven.
  • Serve hot.
