Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds milk chocolate
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c. tiny rice crisps
- 1/2 c. coconut, toasted
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Melt milk chocolate. Add nuts, crisps, toasted coconut. Spoon mixture into "Reese's" style candy molds. Quickly add a few chocolate chips on top of each piece. Set up in the freezer.
- Mixture may also be spread on a wax paper covered board. Before mixture sets up, top with chocolate chips.
