Ingredients
- 7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. vinegar (cold)
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Wash and slice cucumbers, place in jar.
- Mix vinegar and sugar and stir until dissolved, add celery seed and pour over cucumbers. Invert jar at intervals over the next couple of days.
- These do not seal and, therefore, should be frozen (can use plastic freezer boxes) or kept in refrigerator.
