Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- pinch of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- pretzels (added to taste or preference)
Method
- Blend flour with butter.
- Add water to milk and heat.
- Add blended butter and flour to diluted milk and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add a pinch of pepper and parsley.
- Break as many pretzels as you wish into soup just before serving.
- The amount of salt on the pretzels determines whether or not more salt should be added to taste.
