- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 lb. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles or elbow macaroni
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown beef and drain; add onion, soup, corn, pimiento, milk, salt and pepper.
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Mix together ground meat mixture and noodles.
- Put in a casserole dish and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top, returning to oven just long enough to let the cheese melt.
- Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
