Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes thin. Boil until done. Drain. Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
