Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
- 1 (8 oz.) jar apple jelly
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely cracked pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- crackers
Method
- Combine preserves, jelly, pepper, mustard and horseradish; blend
- well.
- Refrigerate;
- when
- ready to serve, spread sauce over
- cream
- cheese.
- Serve
- with crackers.
- Sauce will keep weeks in refrigerator.
- Makes 1 1/4 cups.
- (Can sprinkle toasted sesame seed or almonds on top.)
