Ingredients
- chicken (white meat is best)
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- 1 bouillon cube
Method
- Beat egg.
- Cut chicken in strips; dip in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Put in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes covered with foil.
- Add bouillon liquid and bake 25 minutes more.
