Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 large pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
  • 1 small box frozen strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Method

  • Spray Jell-O mold with Pam.
  • Tear up 1 angel food cake into pieces.
  • Mix water and Jell-O until dissolved, stir in fruit. Pour 3/4 of mixture into mold then pour in cake.
  • Pour remaining 1/4 of Jell-O mixture on top.
  • Work or stir until all of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Serve with Cool whip in the center after removing from the mold.
