Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 large pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
- 1 small box frozen strawberries
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Spray Jell-O mold with Pam.
- Tear up 1 angel food cake into pieces.
- Mix water and Jell-O until dissolved, stir in fruit. Pour 3/4 of mixture into mold then pour in cake.
- Pour remaining 1/4 of Jell-O mixture on top.
- Work or stir until all of the liquid is absorbed.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Serve with Cool whip in the center after removing from the mold.
