Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 300 grams Hot cooked rice
  • 1 Meat Sauce
  • 1 Melting cheese or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper

Method

  • Finely chop the carrot and onion.
  • Coat a frying pan with oil and stir-fry the carrot and onion until wilted.
  • Quickly mix in the butter, then add the rice, and stir-fry.
  • Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the rice mixture in a gratin dish, then top it with the meat sauce.
  • Sprinkle on some melting cheese or Parmesan cheese, and bake in the oven or toaster oven until golden.
