Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 300 grams Hot cooked rice
- 1 Meat Sauce
- 1 Melting cheese or Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
Method
- Finely chop the carrot and onion.
- Coat a frying pan with oil and stir-fry the carrot and onion until wilted.
- Quickly mix in the butter, then add the rice, and stir-fry.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Put the rice mixture in a gratin dish, then top it with the meat sauce.
- Sprinkle on some melting cheese or Parmesan cheese, and bake in the oven or toaster oven until golden.
