Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. red jello gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. sweetened strawberries, sliced and drained
- 8-inch graham cracker crust
Method
- Dissolve jello in water.
- Stir in ice cream until melted. Chill until very thick.
- Fold in strawberries.
- Pour into crust. Chill until firm.
- Garnish with more berries.
