Ingredients
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 8 tablespoons chopped pecans
Method
- Dice segments of grapefruits and drain.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add grapefruit juice.
- Cool but not firm.
- Add grapefruit and pecans.
- Place in individual molds.
- Harden, turn out on lettuce hearts and garnish with cream or mayonnaise dressing.
