Ingredients
- 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli (can use bigger pieces also)
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cheese crackers, crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Cook broccoli briefly.
- Combine remaining ingredients to broccoli (except crushed crackers), and place in 2 qt casserole.
- Top with crackers.
- Cook until bubbly, approx 45 minutes.
