Ingredients

  • 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli (can use bigger pieces also)
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cheese crackers, crushed

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Cook broccoli briefly.
  • Combine remaining ingredients to broccoli (except crushed crackers), and place in 2 qt casserole.
  • Top with crackers.
  • Cook until bubbly, approx 45 minutes.
