Ingredients
- 2 cup Medium gain rice
- 3 cup Water
- 1 can Small can (8.5 oz) corn
- 1 can Small can (8.5 oz) of peas
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Method
- Pour.
- Water and rice into medium sauce pan or rice cooker and boil for 25 minutes.
- Strain peas and corn and mix in large bowl
- Mix peas, corn, and rice and refrigerate over night.
- Add butter, soy, and teriyaki sauces to the rice mixture
- Cook on high heat in thick bottomed wok or skillet until browned.
- Salt and pepper to taste
