Ingredients
- 4 pork rib chops (1/2-inch thick), boned
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger root
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oil
- cornstarch
- 1 c. very hot oil
Method
- Remove fat from pork chops; score each piece, making diamond-shaped cuts.
- Pound pieces to about 1/8-inch thick. Place in a shallow baking dish.
