- 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned (reserve broth)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 12 oz. bag egg noodles
- 1 pkg. original Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
- 1 stick of butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (it will be soupy).
- Pour into a large, ungreased roaster pan.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until brown.
