Ingredients
- 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Mix first 8 ingredients at medium speed.
- Shape dough into a ball and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
- Roll dough approximately 1/4-inch apart.
- Glaze with egg white and water mixture.
- Sprinkle with your choice toppings.
