Ingredients
- 1 whole Cucumber
- 1 clove Garlic, More Or Less To Taste
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt
Method
- Dice or shred the cucumber (I use my food processor), then put in a medium serving bowl.
- Mince or press the garlic clove, put in the bowl with the cucumber.
- Add the yogurt and stir.
- Serve and enjoy!
