- 4 to 6 boneless pork chops or pork loin
- flour
- oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Sprinkle flour on meat generously and brown on both sides in small amount of oil.
- Add cream of mushroom soup.
- Simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Some water may be added to give sauce the desired consistency.
- Jaegerschnitzel may be served with mashed potatoes or noodles.
