Ingredients
- 2 lb. new potatoes
- 2 stalks green onions to taste
- Sprike seasoning to taste
- 1/2 c. fine chopped celery
- 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch of thyme
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together. Fold over.
- Good with steamed greens.
